The hotel's location is superb, linked directly to Mayo Clinic at the subway level. Although the rooms were decent, they had a slight issue with a lingering smell and noisy doors. The service was exceptionally helpful and hard-working, making the stay enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spacious and perfect for accommodating our 12-year-old daughter's dietary restrictions with a fridge and microwave included. Having a suite with a couch, table, chairs, and kitchenette added to the convenience and comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience delightful. The location couldn't have been more convenient, especially for those needing medical care at the Methodist Hospital just across the street, making it a top choice for such visits.
